To all members,

When the ~Hail-Fanclub was first formed by the founder and character creator ~ Kiwie-Fruit we didn't expect alot of members because Hail was an original character created by the founder... Later on people began to join and we really appreciate their kindness...
It was hard for the founder ~Kiwie-Fruit to manage both the club and her own account... It involves thinking of contests, judging them, counting the votes, noting the members, changing the journal and drawing the prizes .. all was too difficult for her to conquer besides her studies in school...
And as for the contest who was the first one, not many members took part in it... And because Hail is just an ordinary character created by the founder herself... there aren't many fans of her...
The meaning of this all is that the ~ Hail-Fanclub is going to be closed... All it's deviations and favs. shall be deleted...
We apologize to the members for this suddening happening.... You may remove the club's icon from your journals and devWatchs...
